CONCLUSION

We think that the TOEFL iBT Home Edition is quite long and much more expensive (3 hours; $180; Result in 6-7 days) than Duolingo English Test (1 hour; $50; Result in 1 day) which is accepted almost as widely as TOEFL iBT Home Edition during this time of COVID-19 crisis. So, our recommendation is to opt for Duolingo English Test over TOEFL iBT Home Edition. From 22nd April 2020, IELTS indicator test will be introduced as an official alternative for IELTS exam which you can do from home. Stay connected for more updates on this test!
