Refund Policy

Our focus is complete student/client satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we may refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund shall be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please write to us at roadtoabroad.edu@gmail.com and provide detailed reason for cancellation. If you have made a purchase by mistake then, cancellation request must be raised within 24 hours of purchasing the services. We will look into the stated reasons and if the reasons for your cancellation are found to be satisfactory, then the refund shall be processed as per the following refund policy. Our decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we may provide a refund after investigating the reasons given by the client. However, any request for refund shall be made at the earliest. Our decision in this regard, that is whether to issue the refund or not, shall be final and binding. If the refund request is approved by us, then:

  • If paid by credit card, refunds shall be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment by Netbanking, Bank Account Transfer, Debit Cards, E-Wallets, UPI, the refund shall be issued to the same account from which the payment was received by us.
  • The refund shall be processed within a period of 15 working days.
